(US) Dazzling CAL part two, Variegated, 1 color

Part one of the CAL can be found here
For everyone that used a bigger hook then recommended (E, 3.5mm). Part 3 of the CAL must have a specific length to make the pattern look right when finished. When using a bigger hook and different yarn size then recommended, the pattern won't come out right. How do you fix this?

Measure the length from elbow to elbow. Minus 30 cm (11,8 inch). That number is the maximum size of part 2 of the CAL. For example: My elbow to elbow size is 90 cm (35,43 inch) - 30 cm (11,8 inch) = 60 cm (23,62 inch) My part 2 of the CAL can be no more then 60cm (23,62inch) Measure the piece horizontally over the middle circle. Not the edges.

"I hooked whole part 2 of the cal and my piece is 58 cm (22,83 inch), what do i do?" Nothing! Now you can start part 3 of the CAL.

"I hooked 25 row of part 2 of the CAL and my piece is 60 cm (23.62inch), What do i do?" Stop hooking and start with part 3 of the CAL

"I hooked whole part 2 and my piece is 65 cm(25,6 inch) What do i do?" Frog it (rip it) till your piece is 60cm (23,62 inch)

(MC)        Magic circle
(CH)        Chain
(SL.ST)   Slip stitch
(SC)        Single crochet
(HDC)     Half double crochet
(DC)        Double crochet
(TC)        Triple crochet
The pattern:
  1. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 20 stitches, 1DC in the next 20 stitches, 1TC in the next 20 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 20 stitches, 1DC in the next 20 stitches, 1TC in the next 20 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  2. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 21 stitches, 1DC in the next 21 stitches, 1TC in the next 21 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 21 stitches, 1DC in the next 21 stitches, 1TC in the next 21 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  3. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 22 stitches, 1DC in the next 22 stitches, 1TC in the next 22 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 22 stitches, 1DC in the next 22 stitches, 1TC in the next 22 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  4. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 23 stitches, 1DC in the next 23 stitches, 1TC in the next 23 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 23 stitches, 1DC in the next 23 stitches, 1TC in the next 23 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  5. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 24 stitches, 1DC in the next 24 stitches, 1TC in the next 24 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 24 stitches, 1DC in the next 24 stitches, 1TC in the next 24 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  6. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 25 stitches, 1DC in the next 25 stitches, 1TC in the next 25 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 25 stitches, 1DC in the next 25 stitches, 1TC in the next 25 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  7. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 26 stitches, 1DC in the next 26 stitches, 1TC in the next 26 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 26 stitches, 1DC in the next 26 stitches, 1TC in the next 26 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  8. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 27 stitches, 1DC in the next 27 stitches, 1TC in the next 27 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 27 stitches, 1DC in the next 27 stitches, 1TC in the next 27 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  9. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 28 stitches, 1DC in the next 28 stitches, 1TC in the next 28 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 28 stitches, 1DC in the next 28 stitches, 1TC in the next 28 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.
  10. Make 3 SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 29 stitches, 1DC in the next 29 stitches, 1TC in the next 29 stitches, *(ch4, 3SC in the ch4 space. 1HDC in the next 29 stitches, 1DC in the next 29 stitches, 1TC in the next 29 stitches) *Repeat till the end. TC in the 1st SC.

(US) Dazzling CAL 2 colors (whole) pattern

The CAL has ended! I have seen some lovely creations coming by. If you haven't made the Dazzling shrug yet, here's the whole pattern. Join the  Facebookgroup  for questions and support! Stitch markers can come in handy Sizes: The pattern has been designed in a way that any size (S to XXXL) can be made. Put your arms up ( Like your an airplane) and let someone else measure from elbow to elbow. That's all you need to know to make your own custom dazzling shrug! You'll be using these measurements in the 3rd part of the CAL. At the end of part 3, your "square" will be elbow to elbow. The Yarn: The yardage is based upon the number of skeins we needed for the sizes. We recommend to use yarn suitable for hook size F/5 and G/6. Colour 1 is the colour with which you will make the edging Colour 2 is the 2nd color of the shrug Size S Colour 1: 985 yards        (900 meters) Colour 2: 739 yards        (675 meters)              Size M
