Abbreviations:

(CH)        Chain
(SL.ST)   Slip stitch
(SC)        Single crochet
(HDC)     Half double crochet
(DC)        Double crochet
(TC)        Triple crochet

The Pattern:

29. CH3, 3DC in the TC space. 1DC in every stitch till you reach the next ch4 space. *( In the ch4 space: (1DC, CH2, 4DC), 1DC in every stitch till you reach the next ch4 space. * Repeat till you reach the TC space. 1DC in the TC space, DC in the top of ch3.
30. CH3, 1DC in the DC space, 1DC in every stitch till you reach the next ch2 space. *( In the ch2 space: (2DC, ch2, 2DC), 1DC in every stitch till you reach the DC space. 2DC in the ch2 space, 1DC in the top of ch3.
31. Repeat row 30 till you reach elbow to elbow length.
