Abbreviations:

(CH)        Chain
(SL.ST)   Slip stitch
(SC)        Single crochet
(HDC)     Half double crochet
(DC)        Double crochet
(TC)        Triple crochet

The Pattern:

29. Color 3: SLST into the ch4 space, CH3, 3DC in the CH4 space. 1DC in every stitch till you reach the next ch4 space. *(In the CH4 space: 1DC, CH2, 4DC, In every stitch till CH4 space 1DC.) *Repeat till you reach the end. In the first CH4 space, 1DC, CH2, SLST in the top of CH3. Fasten off.
30. Color 4: SLST in the CH2 space, (CH3, 1DC) in the CH2 space. 1DC in every stitch till you reach the next ch2 space. *((2DC, CH2, 2DC) in the ch2 space. 1DC in every stitch.) * Repeat till you reach the first ch2 space. (2DC. CH2, SLST in the top of CH3) Fasten off
31. Switch color every row and repeat row 30 till you reach elbow to elbow length.
