Een paar tips en trucjes voor het Dazzling vest. Wordt lid van de Facebookgroep  voor hulp, inspiratie en sneakpeaks van nieuwe projecten! Je kunt ook mijn facebookpagina een  LIKE  geven om op de hoogte te blijven mijn nieuwste patronen. Dazzling vest met een grotere haaknaald maken: Voor iedereen die een grotere haaknaald heeft gebruikt dan wij hebben aangeraden (3.5mm). Met een grotere haaknaald en dikkere garen dan wij hebben voorgeschreven, kan het zijn dat het patroon dus niet uit gaat komen. Hoe los je dit op? Meet de lengte van elleboog tot elleboog. Haal hier 30 cm van af. Dat getal is het maximale aantal cm dat vanaf toer 19  toer tot en met toer 28 gehaakt mag worden. Bijvoorbeeld:  Mijn elleboog naar elleboog maat is 90 - 30= 60 cm. Mijn lap mag dus maximaal 60 cm zijn. Je meet jouw lap horizontaal over de middencirkel, dus over het midden en niet aan de randen. Je begint met haken vanaf toer 19. Some tips and tricks, variations on the Dazzling CAL! Bigger hook then recommended: When working with a bigger hook, you'll have to make some adjustments. Starting from row 19: For everyone that used a bigger hook then recommended (E, 3.5mm). When using a bigger hook and different yarn size then recommended, the pattern won't come out right. How do you fix this? Measure the length from elbow to elbow. Minus 30 cm (11,8 inch). That number is the maximum size you'll make before you start the "only DC"rows (row 29 in the pattern). For example:  My elbow to elbow size is 90 cm (35,43 inch) - 30 cm (11,8 inch) = 60 cm (23,62 inch) Between row 19 and 28 can't be more then 60cm (23,62inch) Measure the piece horizontally over the middle circle from side to side. The CAL has ended! I have seen some lovely creations coming by. If you haven't made the Dazzling shrug yet, here's the whole pattern. The CAL has ended! I have seen some lovely creations coming by. If you haven't made the Dazzling shrug yet, here's the whole pattern. Join the  Facebookgroup  for questions and support! Stitch markers can come in handy Sizes: The pattern has been designed in a way that any size (S to XXXL) can be made. Put your arms up ( Like your an airplane) and let someone else measure from elbow to elbow. That's all you need to know to make your own custom dazzling shrug! You'll be using these measurements in the 3rd part of the CAL. At the end of part 3, your "square" will be elbow to elbow. The Yarn: The yardage is based upon the number of skeins we needed for the sizes. We recommend to use yarn suitable for hook size F/5 and G/6. Colour 1 is the colour with which you will make the edging Colour 2 is the 2nd color of the shrug Size S Colour 1: 985 yards        (900 meters) Colour 2: 739 yards        (675 meters)              Size M
