The pattern;

55. Ch4, turn, 1DC in the first stitch, 1DC in the next 6 stitches, (4DC in the ch4 space) *repeat 42 times, 1DC in the next 14 stitches, (2DC, ch2, 2DC) in the ch2 space, 1DC in the next 14 stitches, *( 4DC in the ch4 space) *repeat 42 times, 1DC in the next 6 stitches, 2DC in the top of ch4.(384DC)

56. Ch4, turn, 1DC in the first stitch, FPDC every DC. (2DC, ch2, 2DC) in the ch2 space, FPDC every stitch, 2DC in the top of ch4. (390DC)

57. Ch4, turn, 1DC in the 1st stitch, start in the next stitch, OSS 97 times, (2DC, ch2, 2DC) in the ch2 space, skip 1 stitch, OSS 97 times, 2 DC in the top of ch4. (194 OSS, 8DC)

58. Ch4, turn, 1DC in the first stitch, ch1, 1DC in the space between the DC and OSS, ch1, *( 1DC between every OSS , ch1), *repeat, skip 1 stitch, 1DC in the last stitch before the ch2 space, (2DC, ch2,2DC) in the ch2 space. 1DC in the next stitch, skip 1 stitch, ch1, 1DC between the DC and OSS, *(ch1, 1DC between every OSS) *repeat, ch1 skip 1 stitch, 2DC in the top of ch4. (206DC, 202ch)

59. Ch4, turn, 1DC in the 1st stitch, 1DC in the next stitch, *( 1DC in the ch1 space, 1DC in the next stitch)* repeat, 1DC in the next 3 stitches, (2DC, ch2, 2DC) in the ch2 space, 1DC in the next 3 stitches, *(1DC in the ch1 space, 1DC in the next stitch), * repeat, 2DC in the top of ch4, (410DC)

60. Ch4, turn, 1DC in the 1st stitch, FPDC every stitch, (2DC, ch2, 2DC) in the ch2 space) FPDC every stitch, 2DC in the top of ch4. (416DC)

61. Ch1, turn, 1SC in the 1st stitch, *( ch11, slst in the 4th ch from the hook, skip 7 stitches, sc in the next stitch) * repeat the entire row. 1SC in the ch2 space. keep repeating. (52 ‘loops’).

62. Ch8, turn, SC in the ch7 space (the space between the start of the chain and the picot), *( ch9, SC in the next ch7 space) *repeat till the end of the row. (53 ‘loops’)

63. Ch1, turn, 8SC in the ch8 space,*( 4SC, ch2, 4SC) in every ch9 space till you reach the tip of the shawl. 5SC, ch2, 5SC in the space above the tip of the shawl, *(4SC, ch2, 4SC) in every ch9 space, 8SC in the ch8 space.

64. SLst in the SC of row 62, ch1. Crochet a border on the top side of the shawl by repeating *(1SC, ch1).

Don’t crochet to tight. nice and loose is the best way to make this border. The shawl will keep it’s form This way. Fasten off and weave in the ends.

(US) Dazzling CAL 2 colors (whole) pattern

The CAL has ended! I have seen some lovely creations coming by. If you haven't made the Dazzling shrug yet, here's the whole pattern. Join the  Facebookgroup  for questions and support! Stitch markers can come in handy Sizes: The pattern has been designed in a way that any size (S to XXXL) can be made. Put your arms up ( Like your an airplane) and let someone else measure from elbow to elbow. That's all you need to know to make your own custom dazzling shrug! You'll be using these measurements in the 3rd part of the CAL. At the end of part 3, your "square" will be elbow to elbow. The Yarn: The yardage is based upon the number of skeins we needed for the sizes. We recommend to use yarn suitable for hook size F/5 and G/6. Colour 1 is the colour with which you will make the edging Colour 2 is the 2nd color of the shrug Size S Colour 1: 985 yards        (900 meters) Colour 2: 739 yards        (675 meters)              Size M
