Het gebruiken van stekenmarkeerders is aangeraden, om de blokken aan elkaar te hangen om zo niet te vergeten welk blok nu ook alweer waar ging. Aan elkaar zetten: HV in de 1L hoek ruimte van het eerste blok (Blok A), 2L, HSTK in de 1L hoek ruimte van blok 2 (Blok B) 1L, sla 1 steek over en maak een HSTK in de volgende steek van blok A, sla 1 steek over en maak een HSTK in de volgende steek van blok B, 1L. Herhaal. ( HSTK in blok A, sla 1 steek over,HSTK in volgende steek van blok B, sla 1 steek over, 1L repeat) Aan het einde van blok A en B, maak je 1L en HSTK in de 1L hoekruimte van het volgende blok (C). CH2, HDC in the ch1 space of the corner on the 2nd square (SQ-B), CH1, skip a stitch, HDC In next stitch on SQ-A, skip next stitch and  HDC in next on SQ-B. Repeat to the end of the row in this manner.
