Materials:
2 skeins Shawl in a Bal
5mm Crochet hook 
Tapestry needle
Scissors


Abbreviations:
Slst: Slip stich
Ch: Chain
ExtHDC: Extended half double crochet
yarn over, insert hook in stitch, yarn over, pull through 1, yarn over, pull through loops left
FPextHDC: Front post extended half double crochet
BPextHDC: Back post extended half double crochet
chain 3 doesn't count as a stitch, we wont’be working in the top of ch3 unless described in
frontpost and back post rows.
Pattern:


1: Magic circle, Ch 3, 3 ExtHDC in magic circle, turn (3 stitches)
2: Ch3, ExtHDC in the 1st stitch, ExtHDC in the next stitch, 2 ExtHDC in the last stitch, turn 
(4 stitches)
3: Ch3, 2 ExtHDC in the 1st stitch, ExtHDC in the next stitches, turn
4: Ch3, ExtHDC in the 1 stitch, ExtHDC in the next stitches, 2 ExtHDC in the last stitch, turn


Repeat rows 3 and 4 till you have 14 rows.
15: Ch3, 2 BPextHDC in the 1st stitch, BPextHDC in the next stitches, turn (17 stitches)
16: Ch3, ExtHDC in the 1 stitch, ExtHDC in the next stitches, 2 ExtHDC in the last stitch, turn

(US) Dazzling CAL 2 colors (whole) pattern

The CAL has ended! I have seen some lovely creations coming by. If you haven't made the Dazzling shrug yet, here's the whole pattern. Join the  Facebookgroup  for questions and support! Stitch markers can come in handy Sizes: The pattern has been designed in a way that any size (S to XXXL) can be made. Put your arms up ( Like your an airplane) and let someone else measure from elbow to elbow. That's all you need to know to make your own custom dazzling shrug! You'll be using these measurements in the 3rd part of the CAL. At the end of part 3, your "square" will be elbow to elbow. The Yarn: The yardage is based upon the number of skeins we needed for the sizes. We recommend to use yarn suitable for hook size F/5 and G/6. Colour 1 is the colour with which you will make the edging Colour 2 is the 2nd color of the shrug Size S Colour 1: 985 yards        (900 meters) Colour 2: 739 yards        (675 meters)              Size M
